About Us

Three women who love to see good people and disruptors win.

  • Amy Cheronis

Amy is a global communications and stakeholder engagement pro with more than 25 years of experience at top agencies Leo Burnett, DDB and most recently MSL, where as Chief Integration Officer she helped drive results for both iconic and niche brands including Allstate, Farmer's Fridge, Feeding America, KitchenAid, P&G and White Claw, among others. She was a leader of the award-winning team that conceived of the “Like A Girl” movement for Tampax, among other integrated campaigns. Amy brings big agency expertise to the table, without all of the big agency complexity. She is known for being people first, obsessed with the power of creativity and able to create relationships to drive organizational change and alignment.

While a true believer in the power of PR, Amy is one of the last people to tell you that she has been recognized as one of PR Week’s “Champions of PR” and a Women of Influence in Chicago. She'd rather talk about your visibility plan and how to maximize every communications opportunity to drive to growth.

  • Melissa Pins

Melissa is an entrepreneur and start-up veteran who began her career in NYC and jumped into the new world of e-commerce when traditional catalogers/retailers were colliding with tech. Taking her experience West, she moved to Silicon Valley and helped build several startups such as Wine.com from the ground up.

As Founder and CEO of Blue Tux, Melissa disrupted and innovated the $50B wedding industry by creating the first DTC bridal shoe and accessories brand and operated the company successfully through exit. For the past decade, she has helped launch and scale emerging brands in multiple verticals, including CPG, luxury, lifestyle/apparel, retail and tech. Most recently, she was Chief Revenue Officer for KRa Organic Sports Drink, a start up that was a finalist in BevNet’s annual New Beverage Showdown and gained multi-channel mass distribution across the US in stores like Costco, Safeway, Whole Foods and Amazon.

Melissa has been a presenter at TedTalks and was part of a select group of invitees to attend Goldman Sachs Builders & Innovators Summit, which brings together top entrepreneurs from around the globe.
