Lovely to see you!
We are Scratch.
Female founded in 2020, Scratch is a nimble, modern communications collective. We love to develop and deliver strategic storytelling that helps start-ups scale.
Our beliefs
We believe entrepreneurs and disruptors are the future, and we love to help shape and socialize their stories
in service of building their business.
We believe that communications is an inside-out sport - it begins with culture and turning employees into ambassadors.
And we believe that reputations are earned and cultivated through the unique connectivity of
brand, communications and go-to-market strategy.
Working in concert, they allow Scratch to deliver Reputation Design.
"Scratch is a collective of incredibly experienced, badass professionals who have really pushed hard to create an ambitious strategy and communications plan to build my business and reputation. If you have big goals, hire this team.”
— AnneMarie Hayek, CEO & Founder, Global Mosaic and ZSpeak
How we’re different
The Scratch Collective works with a range of smart clients spanning categories that include food and beverage, technology, health and wellness, not-for-profit and more. Here’s why we think they choose us:
On-demand model.
Built for the gig economy, we assemble the right talent for every solution. Scratch clients get exactly what they need, when they need it.
A partnership focus.
We don’t believe in the traditional “winner-take-all” service model. We are driven by integration and collaboration with partners and clients.
Results-based compensation.
And we believe in incentive-based pay and having skin - and scratch - in the game.
“The Scratch team has been a great strategic communications partner, helping us to define our brand, frame our story and launch our new product.”
— Cathy Roper, CMO, 3Oe Scientific
